As I look to sky this morning I see nothing but sunshine, to the forecast 24 – 27 degree days ahead. The events calender is full of festivals, bands, farmers markets etc. The lake life peaks during these next 2 months. I suggest all to take in an event or two, come out for a quiet , non rushed game of golf or just enjoy the scenery. With the beginning t of summer I see the real estate market heating up, I invite all to check out my featured listings as well as the area inventory we will be ready for your calls. Have a great week.
Happy Fathers Day to all – As I sit out at the lake today on this Fathers day I’m thinking how important it is that have a true fondness for people. I’m not talking about just those in high stations or ones we get something from but more about genuine compassion for everyone we meet.
Most importantly for those we can help in some small way or just maybe relieve their pain or attitude for a minute.
Sometimes I find it easy to judge because I didn’t get the business or I heard something about someone, well I can’t change today but I will start to today to be a little kinder and just a little softer spoken and try to do my job just a little better.
Happy Fathers Day.
In terms of people trying to sell and properties on the market the last 2 years have not been kind to Lake Isle. Sometimes no can say why a area just slows down. In lake country many areas just for a time over load with listings mostly because of coincidence. Well I’m happy to announce I just sold my 3rd lake Isle property in the last month and 3 other MLS sales have taken place, that is 6 in a month or about 20% of the inventory. In some markets and maybe now in this one it can send the market into a frenzy as the fence sitters start to move into the market. Yes, we’ve seen market conditions change that fast. My advice to anyone waiting for something to happen on lake isle, it just did. The lake has many summer and winter lifestyle benefits and at 60% the price of Wabamun I think prices are about to adjust.
