He personally sold 2000+ homes from 1983 to 2003, stopped to build a high production real estate office with over 60 agents for a couple of years, and has continuously developed "high-tech – high-touch" marketing materials and products to stimulate the ever evolving field of real estate sales.

To be a top producing Edmonton real estate agent Wayne knew from his very first days in the business that he needed to have the best technology combined with the most in-depth knowledge of the marketplace in order to provide superior service to his clientele. He knew he had to provide answers to the questions that the public wanted to know.

Wayne learned about real estate finance and helped develop the first easy to use real estate calculator that calculated Canadian interest rates, which a later version is sold by many Canadian real estate boards with their real estate licensing courses today. Wayne is committed to learning and expanding his expertise to every nook and cranny of the real estate industry, including the areas of construction and maintenance.

To aid his clients in their search for the real estate answers, in early 2001 Wayne invested his own time and money to develop the first board approved VOW or "Virtual Office Website" in Canada. Now his clients had access to the same information on real estate listings that Wayne had, in the privacy of their own homes. This company is alive and well today with over 4,000 realtors in Western Canada, under the tech savvy direction of his daughter Elisse and her partner Roberto, who still use the technologically advanced services Wayne envisioned as vital more than a decade ago.

Today Wayne is focused on selling lake and rural property with its enviable lifestyle from west of Stony Plain all the way to the Pembina river.
